Our Fitness Studio on the 2nd floor, has a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes including BODY PUMP®, BODY ATTACK®, Spinning, Pilates, Mind Body Fusion, Bootcamps, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Fit for Life, Box-Fit and more. Classes are available on a Pay As You Go basis (subject to availability) and as part of a course, making our excellent studio facilities available to ALL. Our Fitness Studio Team has a combined wealth of fitness knowledge and experience. All are involved in on-going fitness training and re-education.
