In the Cardio Fitness Centre we pride ourselves on catering for all client bases; from beginners seeking weight loss to elite athletes who wish to learn Olympic lifting. The gym is over 500 square metres in size and is one of the biggest fitness centres in the country. Equipment is updated annually and new and innovative pieces are always being added.
